      Great coworkers Good work/life balance Stable job Good 401k PTO policy is great if you can get time off....

      Cons

      Low morale Change policies on a whim. First made people take a 10% paycut to work from home full time. Now taking away the option to work from home full time. Pay is lower than industry standard Training leaves much to be desired Not much room for advancement Lots of turn over in some groups

      The employees that actually and actively do work and come together.

      Cons

      This company promotes bullying and has zero work life balance, they basically have reverted back to the 50s in relation to office first policy! So equated and behind the generations. The CEO Darin Carroll of Pacificorp was on a zoom call saying how he dislikes WFH as he was obviously at home on the call, you just can't make this stuff up, VPs quit and they turn around and get promoted because no one wants to work for a culture of favoritism and bullying!
