      Nearly no training when hired. Took over job from stressed out people and wrote my own instructions. Butts in chairs at least 3 days a week while they raise rates and have to pay customers back for lost lawsuits. Lots of favoritism. Unsafe place to park and walk. Most managers don’t like new ideas. Would not recommend.

      The employees that actually and actively do work and come together.

      Cons

      This company promotes bullying and has zero work life balance, they basically have reverted back to the 50s in relation to office first policy! So equated and behind the generations. The CEO Darin Carroll of Pacificorp was on a zoom call saying how he dislikes WFH as he was obviously at home on the call, you just can't make this stuff up, VPs quit and they turn around and get promoted because no one wants to work for a culture of favoritism and bullying!
