Very safety conscious and caring leadership, as well as a friendly atmosphere, make working for PA&E really nice

Not a lot of upward mobility, without spending 15-20 years there.

Not as bad as it use to be. However it is not an ideal place for employment.

It's the bottom of the bucket for aviation mechanic who want to make a honest living. They are not honest with their customer's or with the employees. MROs like PART should be banned because they pay a less money to employees with years of experience. Companies like PART bid projects high and pay their employees very low. Most projects are bidded at $65 to $85 dollars a mechanic but companies like part only pay at best $24 to $27 a hour per mechanic. The FAA should ban these kind of practices from MRO who take advantage of their hard working employees!
