Wonderful place to work. Everyone is friends and always laughing. Management takes things seriously.

Can be stressful working in a customer service based industry.

• A few staff members genuinely care about the animals • Some days run smoothly when certain people are on shift • Occasional opportunities to learn when the environment isn’t hostile

Toxic, hostile work environment with frequent exclusion, bullying, and unprofessional behavior • Management is inconsistent, shows favoritism, and ignores concerns • Poor communication—decisions change constantly and issues aren’t addressed • Staff openly refuse to work with certain coworkers, creating division and tension • Public confrontations and rude behavior are common • Unsafe medical practices: improper scrubbing, inconsistent sterilization, rooms not cleaned properly • Isolation rooms sometimes left dirty for days • Carbolime rarely changed • Crash cart often nearly empty, raising serious safety concerns • Staff eating food (including raw fish) in the treatment area near medical waste • Overall atmosphere is stressful, negative, and emotionally draining
