Pros

Paid time off is generous

Cons

An unprofessional environment lacking etiquette, structure, and a clear plan for success, ultimately presenting a facade that masks deeper organizational issues. Executive leadership often communicates inconsistent or misleading narratives and demonstrates little investment in building meaningful relationships with stakeholders or ensuring staff are adequately trained on available resources. While management receives quality training, those principles are not reflected in communication or support provided to frontline staff. Employees operate in a climate of fear, often concerned about job security in a challenging job market, which contributes to low morale and limited engagement. There is a lack of direction, transparency, and accountability, despite claims to the contrary. The organization appears highly metric-driven, with a focus on performance outcomes over employee development. Staff are frequently disciplined without sufficient training or guidance, and there is minimal emphasis on mentorship or growth. Leadership practices reflect inconsistency, favoritism, micromanagement, and a lack of strategic planning. Although there are dedicated and capable individuals within the organization, systemic issues within executive leadership and HR significantly hinder overall effectiveness. Meetings lack structure, team development is minimal, and there is no cohesive strategy for staff success. True leadership should prioritize development, learning, and accountability—not punitive measures for underperformance without proper support.

Pros

None at all. Do not work here

Cons

Company has insane metrics and unrealistic expectations. Company has con contracting information being presented to their employees from day-to-day. Management has no idea what they’re doing and will not communicate amongst themselves. Caseloads are constantly being shifted from case manager to case manager. CEO will hop onto a mandatory meeting and yell at the staff and give yet again contradicting information. This company will hire you through a temp agency and then lay you off right before your contracted hours in order to save money and not hiring you as a full-time employee even though that is what is promised at the beginning of your time.
