I have not experienced any major cons. They don’t offer hybrid or remote work, but I don’t necessarily see this as a con but may be for someone looking for a remote position.

Open to innovative change. Willing to forgo older policies to attract more new hires.

Can be "good ole" boys in how it is operated at the top
