Pros

Service weekend trips Great benefits You get your own accounts I felt some appreciation as the nranch biller Some coworkers are fantastic Hard to get fired (which is also a con)

Cons

You are a servant to the sales staff, and you're treated like chopped liver You will not get your raises. I worked there for many years and did not get a raise. The management claimed "budget " issues, but sales staff got a lot of perks and serious bonuses. I get that they make the money for the company, but damn! Contracts is a seriously stressful job. Sometimes your quota is unattainable. Training is horrible. You had better find a way to figure it out yourself A lot of the support staff feels they are not appreciated. There is a lot of the "good old boy" types of clubs. The more good looking you are, the higher the odds of you getting far I had to fix sooo many mistakes it was disgusting and management didn't care. Some sales staff lie to make a sale and you have to calm down a poor business owner and reassure them. The sales staff wont get back to the customer and the business owner nags you!

Pros

The health insurance is good.

Cons

You are expected to work long hours and wear many hats while being paid very little. There is no transparency into how your performance affects your raises and pay.
