Pros

You can (and should) make six figures in your first year if they make you an account manager (as opposed to a fleet rep). Fleet rep is still good job and you can make about 60 or 70k, but the ultimate goal is to be promoted to account manager (copier rep). You will get some of the best sales training in the world. I would never work here again, but I don't regret it.

Cons

Work/Life Balance is nonexistent. You have to be very mentally tough because you will get publicly humiliated on a semi-regular basis. Every Tuesday and Friday, you have to listen to the president of the company preach what is essentially sales church (I must admit, some of it is helpful). And...I would not approve of my kid working here...I'll leave it at that. Also, all of the 5-star reviews in Portland are likely written by a total of about three people. Keep that in mind.

Thank you for leaving a review about your time at POA. We work hard to provide high quality sales training so that all of our reps can be successful on the job. We also recognize that this career path isn’t right for everyone, but we appreciate the time and effort you put in as an employee. Best of luck in your future endeavors!

Pros

The health insurance is good.

Cons

You are expected to work long hours and wear many hats while being paid very little. There is no transparency into how your performance affects your raises and pay.
