Avoid the abuse, go somewhere that values the human behind the desktop. - IT Help Desk Technician Pacific Office Automation Employee Review

Pros

- Learn multiple systems, by being thrown into the fire. - If you survive the pace and abuse, develop some basic cust. service/technical skills - If you have a set plan for another job, get in for learning skills, then leave. - Benefits are basic, but covered. Preventative scans/procedures or vision are severely lacking.

Cons

- Sales Sales Sales! - Have salespeople make promises no person can feasibly keep, great for morale! - Literally get yelled and berated to the point of tears by not only the president, but the salesmen, management, or anyone with a slight bit of "authority." - Have the president of the company directly relate your entire IT career, which some may have gotten a degree for, to a restaurant or popular PNW auto-tire chain! - Not the place for: organization or protocol, proper chain of command, escalation paths, actual accountability. - Unless you're a "good ol' boy" or a top earning salesman, you're most likely not going to be paid fairly, or undercut. Overall, go somewhere that values you as a person. Read all the reviews on here, Indeed, or ask around. The 'real sale' was getting people who care about work ethic or have values, to work here. Work culture is meticulously disguised as positive, engaging and pro-learning, but the ugly truth rears out when trying to follow proper work and moral guidelines.

Pros

The health insurance is good.

Cons

You are expected to work long hours and wear many hats while being paid very little. There is no transparency into how your performance affects your raises and pay.
