- you are under extreme micromanagement - you have to stay until 7pm every night even when you don’t have any more work. If they let you go at 6, you’re supposed to be thankful - you will be asked to come in on some saturdays, you will be shamed if you don’t show up - 80‘s/90’s era work style where your life is supposed to be work in this sad cubicle, there’s no such thing as work-life balance - they don’t even use a real CRM or really any software tools - management is very toxic
