Pros

Relaxed work place Good entry level Teaches you the value of customer service

Cons

Minimal to no formal training unless you’re in sales. Expected to work outside of hours. If you’re not in outside sales, you’re treated as less than. Extreme nepotism, favoritism, and condescension. Don’t expect to have your work recognized. High school environment. Bullies and bad management. Don’t ask don’t tell mentality. Overworked and underpaid and if you try to argue for better pay you’re told to be grateful for the pay that you’re getting and have every little fault pointed out. Verbally, mentally and emotionally abusive. No respect at all for you as a human but especially no respect for your personal lives. Expected to bend over backwards for a company that truly does not care about you at all. HR can’t do much to help you other than just listen to your complaints, but if you make enough money for the company you’re immune to any repercussions.
