Pros
Potential for big income, must be willing to work 730am to 6pm. 730 will be 7 twice a week, and leaving the office right at 6 is frowned upon. It almost feels like a contest of who can stay longest. Let me stop before my pros list turns into cons. If nothing else... free coffee?
Cons
Horrible dept. to dept. communication. It felt like guessing most of the time. Oddly a "growth company" that holds on to 80's values, ideals, and, in non-sales positions, salary. Sales are put on commission from day one, but are paid on draw. Massive exaggeration in the interview process of training, teamwork, and flexibility. Twice a week video conferences with the entire company. Consists of the president of the company telling you why you should spend less time with your family and more at work. They put you on a lease to own contract for your laptop when you start. Your first 6 months to 12 months will have a laptop deduction out of your payroll.
