ORCA card for just $7 a paycheck, friendly residents, scholarship available to students if you work 20+ hours a week, good insurance if you work 30+ hours a week
Cons
The company has been breathing down department heads' necks so hours are being slashed, supervisors are being overworked as they have to pick up the slack since regular employees literally do not have the time to do what they need to do, morale is low and there is a very low retention rate. They would rather hire new people than take care of those who have been with the company longer.
