Residents are nice and and respectful to employees.

Cons

Management are sneaky and conniving. Employees are not respected. Medical issues of employees not taken seriously. Rogue valley Manor is run with a lot off hush hush style. You can get away with murder as long as you're willing to give up your freedoms.
