Recently a fire devastated the community of where PRS headquarters is (Southern Oregon), causing 600+ homes to be lost including the homes of 18 employees. 3 days after the tragedy management informed all employees they would need to take vacation time, then sick time, and then leave with out pay depending on their leave balances for the time they took evacuate their homes and deal with losing their homes. By doing this PRS upper management is showing how little disregard they have for their employees and all that they care about is their bottom line. From everything I heard all other businesses in the area are not requiring employees to use vacation time for this tragedy. Do better PRS.
