-You have to suck up to management to be seen -good workers are ignored and not given raises -September gives all the light work to her friends -September gives glowing reviews to her friends (the bar group) -COVID sick employees are treated like criminals. I was sick for a week with high fever and was too sick to call in for one day. I was given a no call no show warning.
