      Pros

      Great company! PSC values its' employees and treats them very well. Excellent benefits, monthly bonuses based on safety and performance. Good work ethic is valued and rewarded.

      Cons

      Advancement towards the top is very slow due to many employees not leaving until retirement. Many long term employees are resistant to change.

      Pros

      Talented leadership team and CEO. Mission-led culture with high levels of teamwork and dedication. Great communication on organizational goals and involvement for all team members. Still in the build phase - lots of opportunity to make an impact.

      Cons

      Lots of pivoting/reactionary decision making due to the nature of the industry. Overtime for manufacturing team (pro and con).

      Pros

      -Benefits -Schedule -Pay for the area

      Cons

      -General depth of repair -Category machine specilaizing is up to you. There isn't proper training. It's basically checked off if you've been exposed to how it's done. I don't think it's completely up to management. Although, the expectation is there for a technical repairs to be done with low frequency. You learn on the job. Frustrating if you want to specialize in a type of work. Putting out fires and summoned to wherever and whatever that needs to be done. Typical Maintenance gig.
