Pros

High pay and good benefits...some senior managers are very talented. The equipment and knowledge workers are first rate.

Cons

Owner meddles too much and does not let senior managers run the show. There are very talented individuals at this facility but the autocratic culture simply gets in the way of getting things done for the customer. Every customer contract must stand on its own merit....owner often wants employees to manage low margin buxiness with no incentive. Customers often complain about being nickle and dimed after the fact. Example of this is after the fact billing for tooling and prep charges. Order turn time is slow due to overly detailed IT and production systems.

Pros

Talented leadership team and CEO. Mission-led culture with high levels of teamwork and dedication. Great communication on organizational goals and involvement for all team members. Still in the build phase - lots of opportunity to make an impact.

Cons

Lots of pivoting/reactionary decision making due to the nature of the industry. Overtime for manufacturing team (pro and con).

Pros

-Benefits -Schedule -Pay for the area

Cons

-General depth of repair -Category machine specilaizing is up to you. There isn't proper training. It's basically checked off if you've been exposed to how it's done. I don't think it's completely up to management. Although, the expectation is there for a technical repairs to be done with low frequency. You learn on the job. Frustrating if you want to specialize in a type of work. Putting out fires and summoned to wherever and whatever that needs to be done. Typical Maintenance gig.
