      Pros

      Independently owned and very down to earth ownership group. I worked there for 12 years and I left for a management position with a competitor. You might think they would treat me like the enemy when I left but they didn't. Very supportive. Bryson is a true manager. And John Mayol called me personally 2 weeks after I left to thank me for my service and to make sure I know the door is always open if my new career doesn't work out. It's been almost 2 years now and I'll still never forget PSC.

      Pros

      Talented leadership team and CEO. Mission-led culture with high levels of teamwork and dedication. Great communication on organizational goals and involvement for all team members. Still in the build phase - lots of opportunity to make an impact.

      Cons

      Lots of pivoting/reactionary decision making due to the nature of the industry. Overtime for manufacturing team (pro and con).

      Pros

      -Benefits -Schedule -Pay for the area

      Cons

      -General depth of repair -Category machine specilaizing is up to you. There isn't proper training. It's basically checked off if you've been exposed to how it's done. I don't think it's completely up to management. Although, the expectation is there for a technical repairs to be done with low frequency. You learn on the job. Frustrating if you want to specialize in a type of work. Putting out fires and summoned to wherever and whatever that needs to be done. Typical Maintenance gig.
