Pros

If you're a hard worker and quick learner, job promotions and pay increases will come relatively easily/quickly for you. Off on Holidays, or paid double time. Paid for 30 minute lunch.

Cons

Over-time almost every weekend, ALOT of 12 hour days, very low starting pay, get written up for using your "sick time" and short 10 minute breaks.

Pros

Talented leadership team and CEO. Mission-led culture with high levels of teamwork and dedication. Great communication on organizational goals and involvement for all team members. Still in the build phase - lots of opportunity to make an impact.

Cons

Lots of pivoting/reactionary decision making due to the nature of the industry. Overtime for manufacturing team (pro and con).

Pros

-Benefits -Schedule -Pay for the area

Cons

-General depth of repair -Category machine specilaizing is up to you. There isn't proper training. It's basically checked off if you've been exposed to how it's done. I don't think it's completely up to management. Although, the expectation is there for a technical repairs to be done with low frequency. You learn on the job. Frustrating if you want to specialize in a type of work. Putting out fires and summoned to wherever and whatever that needs to be done. Typical Maintenance gig.
