Work life Balance Weekend days only worked occasionally and usually optionally. Only 1-2 mandatory days annually. Excellent health insurance. Network is very limited for providers but they pay for WAY more than any other insurance I have ever had.

You are just an employee number, not a person. Schedule changed as needed by management with zero notice or input. You will have to fight for every single raise you get. Discussing wages is heavily discouraged as they tend to pay new guys with no industry experience the same or more than the experienced employees that keep the shop running. Very limited room for advancement. If you are not in the warehouse managers social circle don't plan on ever getting promoted. They will not train you in any skills, they will offer but never follow through.
