If you want to know what the 1970s looked like, work here. This company and the people that work there, especially upper management, want to be taken very seriously. However, doing the most basic tasks is incredibly difficult because there has been zero investment in modernization and nobody at the company seems to understand how the modern digital world works. To make matters worse, the owner, is a self centered clown who has fostered an environment that rewards back-stabbers and brown-nosers, not productivity and efficiency. This company is about his ego, not creating the conditions where people can work together to create greater value. It is easily the most poorly run company I have ever witnessed and I would highly encourage anyone that cares about their futures as professionals to stay as far away from this backward minded place as possible.
