It's a very good place to work, People in here are very friendly and cooperative.
Being a first intern for packet video at Charlotte was very special, I've got a very good platform to learn and explore. I learned a lot from being novice in Python and Javascript to a Mid level developer.
Cons
It is not exactly a negative point for the company, But I would have been very happy, If my internship got converted to full-time employment.
The environment was great. There was a lot of talent that was very open and worked very closely together. It wasn't a huge company so you still had the opportunity to be involved in many aspects of the development life-cycle. Wonderful growth opportunity. You always had access to the founding members, and they were all wonderful leaders.
Cons
Lack of focus. PV was cutting edge in the beginning of mobile media, but it seems that it never pushed ahead enough to keep that lead. After time, the mobile media market was flooded with a large number of players. At that point PV was juggling a lot of random projects that never really took off.
