Pros
- Work whenever you want. - Relatively decent pay for the work required - Work anywhere; home, vacation, etc. as long as you have high speed internet. - Good for side cash
Cons
- MAJOR con, there are NO HOURS. You'll get a few weeks where there are enough hours, then months where you'll be lucky to get 30min a day. - Because of the above, you cannot estimate what you can make off this. If it's just for some extra beer money, then this will be good for you but that's it. - The work gets repetitive after a while and can become very boring. - The RTA/SPAM error checkers are subjective, in other words you may get a task marked wrong but they're basing it on someone else's "opinion". Really frustrating at times.
