- Bad welfare in term of Salary, Bonus and Increment. You will just get disappointed over and over again. - They have the tentative to delay increment or not giving any increment(which really happen). - Bonus is almost as good as nothing. - Communication with the head quarter is poor. Hardly get to meet the Manager.
