Pros
Nice colleagues, nice working environment if you based on client side, so take note, pros has nothing to do with Pactera, because nothing I can think of
Cons
Low pay, no upward mobility, management will only ask you do more than your job scope, doesn't care about whatever problem happens to employees, unless the problem is getting big and finally goes to them, else THEY WILL JUST CLOSE THEIR EYES AND COVER THEIR EARS! They rather exclude employees protection clause when signing SOW with client just because afraid to lose business, end up employees work like hell, being over utilized even harder than robot.
