Work from home, flexible hours, okay rate (depending on what project), fairly easy work
Cons
No proper evaluation of your work, a lot of system errors and downtime due to system issues, in consistent with their own guidelines, payment issues due to a rule that they will not tell you about unless you exceed $1k that they cannot send you money via PayPal, and even though they offer a WU option at first they will eventually send a wire transfer that will take 5 days at least for you to receive and they will be in no rush to send it to you in the first place, all so that they can avoid a service charge and if you're receiving the payment in your domestic currency they will rip you off on the exchange rate and there's nothing you can do about it, the finance team that corresponds with you have minimal English skills and won't answer your questions and nobody in management will step in to offer any help or even apologize for the delay.
