Where to start? Unprofessional hiring practices (pay gaps in between resources assigned to THE SAME TASK and WITH SAME SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE), inexperienced managing, no knowledge of the environment whatsoever, really low wages (to the point of being borderline illegal), inexperienced and messy HR staff, bad communication with workers, no scope for projects, obsession with numbers to quantify productivity, most of the times obtained in questionable and incorrect ways. What else to say: DO NOT RECOMMEND.
