Pros
The holiday party was cool. Was trusted and left to my own devices in working with the client.
Cons
Little to no communication, my "person manager' frequently changed yet I was rarely informed or met my manager. I did meet one manager who tried to establish rapport but then he disappeared without notice. Poor equipment. I had to resort to using my personal PC on client site when assigned PC became unusable. This was finally replaced after 6 months of reporting issues.
