Cons
1.Strategy. Pactera is very successful in China, but to gain global market share and compete with the entrenched players Pactera needs to develop & execute a strategy that will make it stand out from the crowd. 2. Leadership. More experienced hands who know how to successfully steer a global business are needed at the top. 3. Culture. Insufficient comms to staff; not enough emphasis on career development
