Pros
Only one good client to work with which is Telstra. Some great staff and a few good managers but most have been fired or are leaving.
Cons
Low pay. Lots of promises about career opportunities and training and development but they only care about keeping consultants billable 100% and make staff redundant as soon as they hit the bench. They treat staff in Australia the same as they do with their tens of thousands of staff (factory workers) in China. Management team all hate each other, all the good ones have left. No incentives and no career progression. They expect a lot of extra work on top of 40 hours of billable work with clients.
