I am sorry to hear that you didn't find a clearly documented career path while you were employed. As a growing global organization we typically have many opportunities for high performers to take on new roles but in many cases the path is not well documented and may be more entrepreneurial. We are working on building more rigor into our training, career development and employee programs.
