Remuneration at least 30% below market rates Poor culture, purely driven by dollars No consideration of employee career path Using people like toilet paper Puts seniors in and expects them to fix everything when juniors screw up Only real client is Telstra and market share is eroded Doesn't reward loyal employees Expects you to work 60+ hours a week while paying wages equivalent to minimum wage or lower Constant lies and promises of promotions or pay increases to get consultants to stick around for just a little longer
