We understand that the recent layoffs were a difficult decision driven by macro-economic factors, and we want to assure you that the company carefully considered the impact to affected employees and provided resources and support for those affected. As we navigate through these challenging times, we remain committed to enhancing our employee development initiatives through various programs that promote career growth and mobility. In addition, we will soon launch a new internal jobs page that will increase visibility and accessibility to all careers at PagerDuty, with a specific focus on supporting our existing, in-house talent.
