      - Mission orientation of company - working on very meaningful problems - wealth of knowledge and ability to gain real AI deployment experience

      Cons

      - lacking transparency on compensation – once you hit your 4 year vesting cliff there is a complete lack of clarity and communication on how you will be compensated moving forward. Lack intentionality regarding retention despite an incredible demand for talent.
