Pros
Danaher was a great company that always designed system and their tools to bring about improvement in the system.
Cons
Merit, engagement, diversity were the values that are claimed only to be espoused so they sounded rhetoric only. Higher management favored their compatriots or the nationalities they had to do with, HR in middle east misled their management in US and miscalculated severance allowance of some employees who were fired, despite evidence they refused to give benefits that the local government promised in their labor law.
