      Great colleagues who try to support each other.

      Cons

      Top leadership try to micromanage the whole company, meaning nothing can progress. Moving to low costs countries. Redundancies are recurrent.

      Excellent Technology. Wonderful co workers.

      Cons

      Direct Manager unqualified for job. In way over their head. Management more interested in DEI than right person for the job. Not investing in right markets for growth. R&D Director definitely unqualified.
