      Pros

      - Stable employment - Good benefits - Location (Pasco/Hernando Co.)

      Cons

      - No room for promotion, they rather hire from outside. - A lot of Micro-management. Management treat employees and supervisors like children. - HR doesn't exist. The whole purpose of HR is to do Corporate's dirty work. If you need help they tell you to call a number or go to a website.

      Excellent Technology. Wonderful co workers.

      Cons

      Direct Manager unqualified for job. In way over their head. Management more interested in DEI than right person for the job. Not investing in right markets for growth. R&D Director definitely unqualified.
