      Started off as a wonderful experience. Company provided training and rewarded employees.

      Cons

      Budget cuts eliminated training and most of the R&D group. Low morale

      Excellent Technology. Wonderful co workers.

      Cons

      Direct Manager unqualified for job. In way over their head. Management more interested in DEI than right person for the job. Not investing in right markets for growth. R&D Director definitely unqualified.
