Lack of work/life balance, lack of employee cohesion, no mentorship and opportunity to grow, lack of mental health empathy, encouraged a toxic work environment, lack of thorough communication, lack of accountability, newer employees did most of the work, constantly understaffed, employees with connection to CEO engaged in group chat to trash talk other employees during work hours.
