Unprofessional HR staff. Orientation class is a nightmare. The main instructor for orientation is very condescending as well as confrontational and is extremely hard to follow. Orientation class is more like going to school all over again, but with a ‘bootcamp’ mentality, including pop-quizzes, and final exams, which by the way are required in order to be able to actually work in a clinic. The whole HR staff are very unprofessional and not to mention their HR building is dirty and not very accommodating, meaning- the place was very small and needed maintenance work done. Very old and worn down building. Unorganized company and definitely do not care about people (which seems ironic considering the field they work in). If I could give this company negative stars, they would definitely qualify!
