Pros
I stayed 4 years- it is not a safe place to work- they prey on new grads who would like to get in on the NHS loan repayment program. The medical Director “supervises” like 30+ NP’s in addition to seeing his own panel ( no supervision). The CEO is vindictive. Any positive review on here was likely by an employee coerced into doing it. Patients are valued only for the money/reimbursement they represent. The more patients you can see in an hour, the more valued you are by this company- quality and patient satisfaction are not important.
Cons
No work life balance, pay is not competitive relative to the amount of work that is expected- also some sketchy work practices like “comp time” we’ll pay you back for the hours worked that we don’t pay you for-
