*no advancement, especially for women and people of color *career opportunities and growth go to the "boys club" and "cronies, if you are not part of either, forget trying to get ahead *D&I is all hype, lip service and run by all the wrong people, it's clear this effort is only to "check the boxes" *HR cannot be trusted, they have failed in so many ways and too often, some of the management and people partners need to go *too many friends working for friends here, this practice gets in the way of good decision making and judgement, bad for business *don't you dare report bad behavior, concerns or give your bosses feedback, there will be retribution and you will be made to be the "problem"
