Cons
territories have gotten smaller and quotas continue to increase. Increased Forecast visibility to the tune of weekly forecast and commit calls, yes you will have to commit each week to the weekly closed revenue as well as pipeline you're building on a weekly basis. It's a numbers machine and management does a great job to manage SalesForce on a daily basis. If you like weekly forecast/commit calls and the stress of your number over your head then Palo is a great fit for you. If you like running your own business with hands off management then Palo's not a good fit for you. As I said, small territories and big numbers.....High Stress environment!
