Terrible WLB and work culture - Anonymous employee Palo Alto Networks Employee Review

We work very hard to ensure that Palo Alto Networks is the best place you will ever work, and are proud to have recently been featured on Glassdoor’s Best Places to Work and on Comparably as a top company for culture. These rankings are not something that we’re able to (or are interested in) influencing by any means – they are organically earned by the honest feedback provided by employees. So while we know we are doing many things right in order to be ranked so highly, we acknowledge that you are not having the experience that we strive to provide. We continue to lead with empathy and trust – schedules remain as flexible as they can around needs at home, and individual work. We have not mandated a widespread return to office. We do believe that managers and director level individual contributors and above can best build our culture and contribute to the professional development and wellbeing of those early in their careers by being accessible in our offices a few days per week. Our people who were hired into remote roles remain remote.
