Pros

They don't delay on the salaries.

Cons

Lot of Pressure. Need to work on more than 5 requirements on daily basis. Even though you work for 3-4 requirements management will ask you to work for more and if you are unable to work more then they will do point out in daily meeting. Even they don't have job boards and asking for the results. They have all implementation clients TCS, WIPRO, APEX, Altimetrix, Tek systems and many more and direct clients as well. But the recruiters count is not more than 4 people. need to support all the requirements. If any one wants to screw up them self and screw up their career you may happily join.

Had Fun Working and learnt a lot .

None whatsoever, you have to be prepared to take on tasks by yourself.
