      Opportunities to grow vertical in the hierarchy. PamTen hired aggressively during the lock down period and didn't fired one single employee even in this situation. Organization with a purpose. Genuinely helping the kids in need and empowering women.

      No significant flaws in the system. It is due to continual evaluation and full credit to the leadership team
