Pros

A lot of changes were happening when the Pamplin took over my previous company (Eagle Newspapers Inc.), and not all the changes were in place when my position was terminated.

Cons

My previous company treated their employees like family - and it was a smaller, family-owned business. Pamplin was a much larger company, and that family-caring atmosphere was not as evident.

They really are the best. Everyone is super friendly and very easy to get a long with.

Cons

Honestly, not much. I would say the location isn't great unless you have a car?
