Pros

Every editor or leader I worked for was very supportive and encouraging. I felt like my creativity was valued and I could explore ideas I had.

Cons

Low pay and not a lot of wiggle room for pay increases. Not alot of flexibility to move up in the company. Very few jobs open up.

They really are the best. Everyone is super friendly and very easy to get a long with.

Honestly, not much. I would say the location isn't great unless you have a car?
