They pay pretty decent compared to other employers in the area if you know how to negotiate your salary during the interview.

Cons

There are some politics involved. Not much room for growth. No annual raises.

Very structured work environment with rewards for motivated employees. Plant is climate controlled which was nice

Cons

Some long hours, a lot of overtime during busy seasons
